Hermana has a pragmatic and opportunity-driven approach to capital allocation together with a long-term perspective. Hermana will only invest where the expected return on capital is favourable, meaning that estimated return is significantly above cost of capital. Return of capital to shareholders is also regularly considered and will in such cases be in the form of repayment of paid-in capital.
