The company’s disclosures of inside information ref. MAR article 17
According to EU regulation in MAR article 17(1) and corresponding Norwegian legislation, inside information disclusures shall be available on the company’s website in addition to being published as stock exchange announcements. 

Hermana Holding ASA has since its listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange in June 2024 not yet published any inside information disclosures. Future disclosures will follow below.
